Semolina with milk - Porridge of the weekend

An idea for a very simple and quick breakfast.

If you haven't seen this recipe before, it's like porridge. We eat it a lot in Poland and Finland, and in Spain? Give the final touch with honey, cinnamon, berries or fruits.

Serving Size: 2

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

2 cups (4dl) of milk

6 tablespoons semolina

Instructions:

You only need to boil about 6 tablespoons of grits and 2 cups of milk together.

  1. Boil the milk and semolina together slowly, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes.
  2. To sweeten we recommend Honey with Berry honey.

Se come en mis tierras también, es más conocida la sémola que las gachas de avena.
