Shipping costs

All shipping costs in Finland mainland are Free! Yes, without any extra cost.

For Åland, shipping costs will be calculated and shown on your order page before payment.

 

When will I receive my order?

We send our products from Porvoo in a maximum of two days after receiving your order. Depending on the courier service, you will receive your order in about 4 to 6 working days.

Please note that orders may take a little longer due to new logistics procedures put in place globally due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Can I track my shipment?

YES. Once your items leave our warehouses, we will send you all the tracking information of your package by email so that you can know where it is at all times. The information may take a while to update from when we send your order.

If you have any problems with the shipping address or other questions, please contact us immediately. We will be able to make changes to the shipping address before the Courier picks up your packages from the warehouse but not after.

Costos de envío

Todos costes de envío a España Península son Gratis! Si, sin ninguna coste extra.

Para ubicaciones en España fuera de la Península, los gastos de envío se calcularán y mostrarán en la página de su pedido antes del pago.

 

¿Cuándo recibiré mi pedido?

Mandamos nuestros productos desde Barcelona en un máximo de dos días tras recibir tu orden. Según el servicio de mensajería elegido recibirás tu pedido en unos 4 a 6 días laborables.
 
Por favor ten en cuenta que los pedidos pueden tardar un poco más debido a los nuevos procedimientos de logística establecidos a nivel global por la pandemia COVID-19 .
 

¿Puedo hacer un seguimiento de mi envío?

SÍ. Una vez tus artículos salgan de nuestros almacenes te enviaremos por email toda la información de seguimiento de tu paquete para que puedas saber dónde está en cada momento. La información puede tardar en actualizarse un poco desde que mandamos tu pedido.

Si tienes algún problema con la dirección de envío u otra duda, por favor contacta inmediatamente con nosotros. Podremos efectuar cambios en la dirección de envío antes de que el Courier recoja tus paquetes del almacén pero no después.
