Oatmeal Overnight Porridge with Honey

90g oat flakes

100g berries: fresh or frozen blueberries/blackberries/raspberries

Pinch of salt

140g skimmed yogurt

180ml of non-dairy milk

20g of your favorite Honey with Berry: blackberry, blueberry or cranberry

20g/ 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional but super tasty and nutritious)


  • In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt, milk, and Honey with Berry.
  • Add the oatmeal, chia seeds, pinch of salt, cover with the fruit and mix everything.
  • Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 6 to 12 hours.
  • In the morning, we add additional liquid until you get your preferred consistency.


You can try it with other fresh, frozen or canned fruits.
