How to make a good homemade ice cream in a glass jar?: The easiest sugar-free ice cream recipe on the internet

If you have ever tried to make ice cream at home, you will know that it is quite an alchemist's task! It is quite an arduous process in which you have to mix and cool everything in due time. But just now that summer is approaching, maybe you throw yourself into trying it again and, for this, we propose a recipe so easy that you can even encourage your children to participate. All you need is whipping cream, a glass jar, some good forearms and of course, the sweet and magical touch of our Honey With Berry - Miel con Frutos del Bosque.

You will need a 500ml glass bottle or jar

This recipe is designed for 3 servings

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooling time: 3-4 hours

1 glass of whipping cream

2 tablespoons of honey with berries of your favorite flavor

1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract

a pinch of salt

A handful of freeze-dried berries (optional)

ATTENTION: You have to be careful when whipping the cream, do it with great care so as not to turn it into butter J.

  1. Put the whipped cream, honey with berries, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt in the glass jar and screw the lid on tightly.
  2. Shake the glass jar for about five minutes until the mixture doubles in volume. This will happen when the cream is well whipped and mixed with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Put the jar in the freezer and wait about 3 hours. And that's it, enjoy!

If you want to add berries or other types of fruit to your ice cream, put them in the jar after shaking it and before putting it in the freezer. Try different toppings to create your own recipes!

Honey with berries, as a natural sweetener, will cause the water in the ice cream to freeze at a temperature below the freezing point of water (0ºC), which is why our ice cream will be sweet and creamy and with all the benefits of honey and natural forest fruits.
