green smoothie

  • 150g / 1 medium frozen avocado
  • 30g / 1 cup spinach
  • 150g / 1 medium frozen banana
  • 7g / 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • 15g / 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 300g / 1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk (or more to taste)

Toppings: 2 tbsp coconut flakes, 1/4 tsp chia seeds and 160g / 1/3 cup sliced strawberries, Honey with Berry

strawberry smoothie

  • 200g / 1.5 cups frozen whole strawberries
  • 60g / 1/2 medium banana
  • 140g / 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 250g / 1 cup 100% orange juice (or more, to taste)

Toppings: 25g / 1/4 cup granola, 40g / 1/4 cup sliced strawberries and 56g / 1/4 cup sliced banana, Honey with Berry

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

  • 300g / 2 medium sliced frozen bananas
  • 140g / 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3g / 1/2 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 4g / 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 30g / 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
  • 240g / 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or more to taste)

Toppings: 75 g / 1/3 cup sliced banana, 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips and 1 tbsp peanut butter, Honey with Berry


  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. Start with half the amount of liquid and work your way up from there depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
  2. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Transfer smoothie to 2 bowls and top with favorite toppings.

  • Add more frozen fruit - simply add more frozen fruit in 50g / 1/4 cup increments until thickened.
  • Add protein powder – protein powder will definitely help you thicken your shake and add protein too! We recommend about 2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup.
  • Ice - last resort.
